1. What is DeenDeenDei?

DeenDeenDei is a where you will find a wide range of products, from household, kitchenware, bodycare, skincare a pet accessories which we have personally tried and tested.

2. Are all your products displayed on your website?

We do our best to update our website regularly, but due to the constraint we are currently facing with limited staff, the latest products may not be featured on our site. However, everything you see on the website is available for sale unless it is marked "Sold Out".

3. What if I can't find what I want on your website? 

Just send us an email at cs@deendeendei.com with the brand, product description and/or serial number, we will be more than happy to find it for you.

4. What payment method can I use?

We presently accept most major credit cards.

5. Who is responsible for paying import taxes and duties? 

DeenDeenDei is not responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order that may be applied after the shipment leaves Hong Kong. In the event that your order is delayed, please contact your local customs office for information.

6. How long does it take to deliver the goods?

We will dispatch your order as soon as we have received payment and will notify you once the package has been picked up by the courier.

7. How to I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse.   

8. What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not allow exchanges or refunds for body care and skincare products. This is to protect our customers that the quality remains the same as when the products first left our warehouse. 

9. What can I do if the product I receive is defective? 

Our products are carefully checked before they are packed and shipped to you. However, if during shipment that the products are broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging materials and send to our email at cs@deendeendei.com. We will assist you from there.

10. What happens if the wrong product is sent to me?

Please send us an email at cs@deendeendei.com immediately so we can rectify the order.
